Steel-IT: Alkyd Primer 1 Quart
STEEL-IT 2213 is intended for use with STEEL-IT 1002 Polyurethane Topcoat when (1) weldability is not a desired benefit and (2) where, in certain environments, the substrate may become exposed (e.g., a forklift grazes a machine). In such an instance, STEEL-IT 2213 provides the added benefit of practically preventing corrosion on the exposed substrate from propagating.
Features:
- Intended for use with STEEL-IT 1002 Steel Gray Polyurethane Topcoat
- Contains the same proprietary 316L stainless steel flake as all STEEL-IT Topcoats
- Single component, air dry coating
- Severely inhibits corrosion from propagating above or below the coating should the substrate become exposed
